Wig must be dropped off 2-3 days before your appointment between 11am and 4pm with your name/date/time anywhere in or on the bag !! If failed to do so there will be a $20 same day customization fee. IF YOU CHOOSE TO COME BRAIDED DOWN PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BRAIDS ARE FLAT !! At least 10-14 braids

Your install has to be 7 days old anything after that I will consider a reinstall. Please refrain from spraying other products on your lace it creates a dirty/sticky residue on your lace!!!
